Working with flour and cookies
A small slip of paper containing some forecastings (use your phantasy) have to be baked inside of cookies, which will then be distributed to those guests wishing their fortunes to be told.

Another possibility is to compose sentences written on very small pieces of paper and rolled up into balls of flour. The balls are then mixed up nine times and given to those seeking information on their future.

Playing with the pendulum
You need a flat table, a bowl, best a copper bowl, and a ring attached on a thread, best a silk thread.
The forecaster asks a specific question that can be answered with a yes or a no. A single tap indicates a yes while two taps indicate a no. More than two taps are practically no answer.

Another method is to use a sheet of paper with a cross marked upon it. The ring is held suspended over the cross in the left hand upon a silk thread.
A simple question is asked which only requires a yes or no. If the answer is yes it will swing back and forth along the vertical arm of the cross. If the answer is no it will swing side to side along the horizontal arm of the cross.

Stichomancy
you need a book. If you want to be impressive take a “holy book of your believe, if you are Christian you can take the bible, if you are moslem you can take the quran, if you are Hindu you can take the vedanta etc.
Let the questioner put some question forward. The book will then be opened at a random page and while keeping your eyes closed you will point at a line or passage in the book.

Molybdomancy
You need some lead , melt it on a heater and the drop it into a container of water.
As a forecaster you can than interpret the shapes to make his predictions.

Billet test
During a Billet test a question is written on a piece of paper and placed in a sealed envelope.
The forecaster has then to guess what the question is about and answers the question.
The Billet reading is often used by stage performers. Using slight of hand they switched Billets and read the questions in advance.

Gyromancy
You need a circle marked by letters. Then the forecaster asks the question. Then the questioner is asked to go around the circle blindfolded. The message is gained from the words formed by the inquirer when he/she stumbled on the letters when going round the circle.
