The company is active in the field of outsourcing, web design /development/hosting and maintenance and is building up a training center for freshly graduated software engineers. We have the full infrastructure for all activities and experienced staff of 10 software and hardware engineers. Besides we are working with a network of other small companies.

The company is active since 2,5 years and thus still small. Actual revenues are in the range of NPR20lakhs per year and the company is growing with reasonable speed. Our investment has reached NPR10lakkhs.The company has reached cash break even and is debt free.

The company has one technical partner and one pro forma partner. The Chief Executive is system engineer with financial knowledge.

The actual growth rate of the company could be higher if the financial means would be available to built up the technical staff as local orders are no problem. That’s why the company is interested to take in a financial partner for an additional investment of NPR10lakhs. As the company is already working there won’t be any additional pre production expenses and there is a good chance that any investment will bear fruits in a foreseeable future. In addition the company is looking for cooperation with foreign partners in the marketing sector.
