How
about UK
Oxford as recently doubled the proportion of its overseas
students to 15%. At the London School of Economics
75% of graduates students are from abroad.
Clever rich or both almost every country in the world
has some sort of program to attract desirable migrants.
UK has two programs one for the rich who have to invest
LST.750000 ($1.4mio) in actively traded securities
and one much larger for talented foreigners. Both
have worked well. Unlike some other countries U.K.
doesn't make applicants finded job first. With good
qualifications, they can just turn up and look for
work, that helps keep U.K. economy flexible and competitive.
